NORTH ATLANTIC. 1. S/V MITHRANDIR, THREE PERSONS ON BOARD, DISABLED AND ADRIFT DUE TO ENGINE FAILURE VICINITY 10-00N 030-00W. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO MRCC DAKAR, PHONE: 2213 3826 5001, FAX: 2213 3826 5000. 2. CANCEL HYDROLANT 2381/13.
