LAST KNOWN POSITION IN VICINITY IBIZA (38-54N 001-26E) AT 030900Z SEP 17. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE.
