EASTERN MEDITERRANEAN SEA. LIBYA. DNC 09. VESSEL, 85 PERSONS ON BOARD, IN NEED OF ASSISTANCE IN 33-23N 013-45E. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE.
