EASTERN MEDITERRANEAN SEA. DNC 08, DNC 09. DISTRESS SIGNAL RECEIVED FROM VESSEL, 35 PERSONS ON BOARD, IN 33-45N 012-18E AT 231250Z NOV. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE.
