ELEVEN METER S/V TERRY, WHITE HULL, ONE PERSON ON BOARD, UNREPORTED TO FRENCH ANTILLES, WEST INDIES. LAST KNOWN POSITION 17-24N 025-57W AT 211630Z DEC. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO MRCC ETEL.
