EASTERN CARIBBEAN SEA. U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS. DNC 14, DNC 16. 85 FOOT S/V GODDESS ATHENA, BLACK HULL, ONE PERSON ON BOARD, UNREPORTED. LAST KNOWN POSITION IN VICINITY ST. JOHN (18-20N 064-44W). VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO RSC SAN JUAN, PHONE: 787 289 2041, E-MAIL: SSJCC@USCG.MIL.
