WESTERN NORTH ATLANTIC. EASTERN CARIBBEAN SEA. U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS. DNC 14, DNC 16. 1. 48 FOOT S/V BRISEIS, WHITE HULL, TWO PERSONS ON BOARD, OVERDUE ST CROIX (17-44N 064-44W) TO ST JOHN (18-20N 064-44W).
