WESTERN NORTH ATLANTIC. EASTERN CARIBBEAN SEA. U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS TO PUERTO RICO. DNC 14, DNC 16. 38 FOOT S/V CAROLINIAN, WHITE HULL, ONE PERSON ON BOARD, OVERDUE ST JOHN (18-20N 064-44W) TO CULEBRA (18-19N 065-17W).
