WESTERN MEDITERRANEAN SEA. SPAIN. 1. S/V SEYCHELLES III, TWO PERSONS ON BOARD, IN NEED OF ASSISTANCE BETWEEN CAP DE CREUS (42-19N 003-19E) AND ISLAS BALEARES (39-30N 003-00E).
