   RESCUE OPERATIONS IN AREA BOUND BY
   41-00S 060-00W, 47-30S 062-30W,
   47-30S 060-07W, 40-00S 055-00W.
   VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP
   LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO MRCC

DNC (Digital Nautical Chart)
A reference to one of the regions of NGA's Digital Nautical Chart, used to tell the reader which charts a warning affects.
