WESTERN NORTH ATLANTIC. PORTUGAL TO MARTINIQUE. 52 FOOT S/V LIBERTE, WHITE HULL, FIVE PERSONS ON BOARD OVERDUE MADEIRA TO MARTINIQUE (14-40N 061-00W). VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE.
