1. UNDERWATER OPERATIONS IN PROGRESS UNTIL
   FURTHER NOTICE BY M/V SEAHORSE WITH
   SUBMERSIBLE ALONG TRACKLINE BETWEEN
   35-54.38N 005-55.48W AND 35-52.21N 005-56.85W.
   WIDE BERTH REQUESTED.
2. CANCEL HYDROLANT 337/16.

Reading this warning

DNC (Digital Nautical Chart)

Underwater operations
Divers or remotely operated vehicles are working below a vessel that cannot easily move out of the way.
