EASTERN CARIBBEAN SEA. SAINT LUCIA TO SAINT VINCENT. F/V NYO, SIX PERSONS ON BOARD, CAPSIZED BETWEEN SAINT LUCIA (14-01N 060-59W) AND SAINT VINCENT (13-15N 061-12W). ONE PERSON WITH THE VESSEL, FIVE PERSONS REMAIN MISSING. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE.
