EASTERN CARIBBEAN SEA. SAINT LUCIA TO SAINT VINCENT. DNC 14. 21 FOOT F/V EMMANUEL, TWO PERSONS ON BOARD, WHITE AND PINK HULL, OVERDUE SAINT LUCIA (13-54N 060-57W) TO SAINT VINCENT (13-15N 061-11W). VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE.
