15 METER S/V PARTIR II, WHITE HULL WITH GREEN STRIPE, TWO PERSONS ON BOARD, OVERDUE GUADELOUPE (16-00N 061-30W) TO HYERES (43-05N 006-08E). VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO MRCC FORT DE FRANCE, TELEX: 42912008, PHONE: 59 659 670 9292, FAX: 59 659 663 2450.
