GULF OF MEXICO. ALABAMA TO FLORIDA. 38 FOOT S/V WIND SONG, WHITE HULL, TWO PERSONS ON BOARD, UNREPORTED MOBILE (30-41N 088-02W) TO ST PETERSBURG (27-46N 082-38W). VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO RCC MIAMI, PHONE: 305 415 6800.
