WESTERN SOUTH ATLANTIC. URUGUAY. MAN OVERBOARD IN 37-03S 052-21W. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION.
