BASS STRAIT. AUSTRALIA-SOUTHEAST COAST. DNC 05. SURVEY OPERATIONS IN PROGRESS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE BY M/V SILVER STAR TOWING 300 METER CABLE IN AREA BOUND BY 38-14.00S 147-21.93E, 38-15.82S 147-21.93E, 38-15.82S 147-25.01E, 38-14.00S 147-25.01E. 500 METER BERTH REQUESTED.
