SOUTH CHINA SEA. VIETNAM. F/V 90082DN REPORTS CREWMAN REQUIRING MEDICAL ASSISTANCE IN 16-05N 109-45E AT 240100Z APR. VESSELS IN VICINITY ABLE TO PROVIDE MEDICAL ASSISTANCE REQUESTED TO ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO MRCC VIETNAM.
