1. DISTRESS SIGNAL RECEIVED ON 406 MHZ IN 06-06N 135-03E AT 011224Z JUL. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO RCC HONOLULU, TELEX: 392401, PHONE: 808 541 2500, FAX: 808 541 2123. 2. CANCEL HYDROPAC 1230/06, OPERATIONS COMPLETED.

- Distress signal received
