WESTERN NORTH PACIFIC. DNC 12. MAN OVERBOARD FROM VESSEL IN 04-40.00N 133-39.00E ON 13 AUG. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO RCC GUAM, PHONE: 671 355 4824, E-MAIL: RCCGUAM@USCG.MIL.
