FLOATING DOCK NUMBER SEVEN IN DISTRESS AND CREW ABANDONING SHIP IN 27-55N 121-54E. EIGHT CREWMEMBERS STILL MISSING. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO MRCC VLADIVOSTOCK, INMARSAT-C: 582 492500379, PHONE: 7 4232 495522, FAX: 7 4232 49589.
