ARABIAN SEA. OMAN. DNC 10. MAN OVERBOARD FROM F/V KIANOSH IN 18-06N 058-02E AT 211430Z APR. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION.
