1. F/V ALBACAN REPORTS INJURED CREWMAN VICINITY 05-30N 053-45E AT 010348Z NOV. VESSELS IN VICINITY ABLE TO PROVIDE MEDICAL ASSISTANCE REQUESTED TO ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO MRCC SEYCHELLES, FAX: 24 828 4000, 24 832 2777. 2. CANCEL HYDROPAC 1608/00(93), SIGNAL CEASED.
