BAY OF BENGAL. DNC 03. CABLE LAYING OPERATIONS IN PROGRESS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE BY CABLESHIP RENE DESCARTES WITH SUBMERSIBLE IN AREA BOUND BY 20-07.0N 089-57.8E, 20-06.8N 089-57.9E, 20-07.4N 089-58.0E, 20-11.0N 089-57.5E. WIDE BERTH REQUESTED.
