DISTRESS SIGNAL RECEIVED ON 121.5 MHZ IN 15-55.2N 142-35.4E AT 170924Z OCT. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO US COAST GUARD SECTOR GUAM, PHONE: 1 671 355 4910, E-MAIL: RCCGUAM@USCG.MIL.
