1. M/V BOARDED BY FOUR PIRATES ARMED WITH KNIVES
   IN 01-12.3N 103-54.2E AT 031650Z OCT. THE PIRATES
   STOLE CASH AND PROPERTIES AND THEN ESCAPED.
   NO CREW MEMBERS WERE HURT DURING THE ATTACK.
   CAUTION ADVISED.
2. CANCEL THIS MSG 27 OCT.
