1. FOUR PIRATES, ARMED WITH LONG KNIVES BOARDED
   A TUG TOWING A BARGE IN 01-11.1N 103-52.1E
   AT 101630Z NOV. THE PIRATES STOLE PERSONAL
   BELONGINGS OF THE CREW AND ESCAPED. NO INJURIES
   TO CREW MEMBERS. CAUTION ADVISED.
2. CANCEL THIS MSG 01 DEC.
