INDIA-EAST COAST. BAY OF BENGAL. 12 METER F/V SAMUDITHA, RED, WHITE AND BLUE HULL, FIVE PERSONS ON BOARD, DISABLED AND ADRIFT DUE TO ENGINE FAILURE IN 14-28N 084-14E AT 110800Z JUL. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO ANY COAST RADIO STATION.
