VITIAZ STRAIT. PAPUA NEW GUINEA. DNC 05. UNDERWATER OPERATIONS IN PROGRESS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE BY CABLESHIP TENEO IN 05-41.95S 147-09.46E. THREE MILE BERTH REQUESTED.
