INDIAN OCEAN. M/V OOSEA REPORTS CREWMAN WITHOUT VITAL SIGNS IN 26-16.8S 049-38.6E. VESSELS IN VICINITY ABLE TO PROVIDE MEDICAL ASSISTANCE REQUESTED TO ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO JRCC STAVANGER, PHONE: 47 5151 7000, FAX: 47 5165 2334.
