IN 31-25S 035-15E AT 061408Z SEP. VESSELS IN VICINITY
REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE.
REPORTS TO CAPE TOWN RADIO OR MRCC CAPE TOWN.

Reading this warning
