2. NAVIGATION PROHIBITED IN THE AREA BOUND BY
   37-31.00S 176-24.50E 37-31.00S 176-27.5E
   37-37.30S 176-27.50E,THEN DUE WEST TO THE
   SHORELINE OF MOTITI ISLAND. THEN BY A LINE
   FROM TAUMATA POINT DUE WEST TO
   37-38.80S 176-21.70E AND DUE NORTH TO
   OKAPARU REEF AND BACK TO 37-31.00S 176-24.50E.
3. EXTREME CAUTION SHOULD BE EXERCISED OUTSIDE
   OF THIS AREA DUE TO THE POSSIBILITY OF SHIPPING
   CONTAINERS IN THE WATER.
