2. NAVIGATION PROHIBITED IN AREA BOUND BY
   37-37.8S 176-11.7E, 37-28.5S 176-20.0E,
   37-20.0S 176-20.0E, 37-20.0S 176-30.0E,
   37-21.0S 176-30.0E, 37-32.0S 176-45.0E,
   37-53.0S 176-45.0E.
3. NO VESSEL, CRAFT OR PERSON MAY ACCESS
   THIS AREA OF SEA UNLESS AUTHORIZED BY
   THE NATIONAL ON SCENE COMMANDER OR
   THE SALVAGE MASTER OF THE M/V RENA
   OR THE BAY OF PLENTY HARBOR MASTER.
4. EXTREME CAUTION SHOULD ALSO BE EXERCISED
   OUTSIDE OF THIS AREA DUE TO THE POSSIBILITY
   OF SHIPPING CONTAINERS AND OIL IN THE WATER.
