WESTERN INDIAN OCEAN. MADAGASCAR-EAST COAST. PIRACY. 1. PREVIOUSLY HIJACKED F/V SHIH FU NO 1 CONDUCTING MOTHERSHIP OPERATIONS IN 18-07.8S 052-43.2E AT 270318Z DEC. VESSELS ARE ADVISED TO KEEP 100 MILES CLEAR OF THIS POSITION AND TO EXERCISE EXTREME CAUTION.
