BASS STRAIT. AUSTRALIA-SOUTHEAST COAST. DNC 05. UNDERWATER OPERATIONS IN PROGRESS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE ALONG TRACKLINE JOINING 39-21.68S 145-34.11E, 39-20.65S 146-00.00E, 39-17.66S 147-03.01E. THREE MILE BERTH REQUESTED.
