SOUTH CHINA SEA. 1. M/V BRIGHT RUBY SANK IN 42-33N 023-04W. SIX PERSONS RECOVERED, 15 PERSONS REMAIN MISSING. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE.
