SOUTH CHINA SEA. 1. M/V BRIGHT RUBY SANK IN 16-33N 114-00E AT 210702Z NOV. 15 PERSONS RECOVERED, SIX PERSONS REMAIN MISSING. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE.
