SOUTH CHINA SEA. F/V BD 95392-TS, EIGHT PERSONS ON BOARD, DISABLED AND ADRIFT DUE TO ENGINE TROUBLE IN 13-30N 116-00E AT 101500Z DEC. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO MRCC VIETNAM.
