SOUTH CHINA SEA. VIETNAM. DNC 11. 1. MAN OVERBOARD FROM F/V ST 93089 TS IN 08-39.64N 106-39.80E AT 071900Z NOV. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO MRCC VIETNAM, FAX: 843 1398 1615, E-MAIL: HPLES-GMDSS@HPLES.COM.VN. 2. CANCEL HYDROPAC 3444/16.
Reading this warning
