DISTRESS SIGNAL RECEIVED FROM M/V ORIENTAL EMERALD
VICINITY 28-58N 050-50E. VESSELS IN VICINITY
REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF
POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION.
