1. PIPE LAYING OPERATIONS IN PROGRESS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE BY BARGE SEMAC 1 ALONG TRACKLINE BETWEEN 11-04.8S 126-36.6E AND 11-18.0S 127-00.0E. 2.5 MILE BERTH REQUESTED. 2. CANCEL HYDROPAC 1909/04.
