GULF OF TONKIN. VIETNAM. DNC 23. ONE PERSON MISSING FROM F/V IN 19-07N 105-55E. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO MRCC VIETNAM, FAX: 8422 5398 1615, E-MAIL: HPLES-GMDSS@HPLES.COM.VN.
