DISABLED AND ADRIFT DUE TO ENGINE TROUBLE
IN 16-25N 108-26E AT 102215Z MAR. VESSELS
IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT,
ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO MRCC VIETNAM.

Persons on board (POB): The number of people reported aboard a vessel in distress, overdue or missing.
Adrift: Loose and moving with wind and current — a vessel, container, buoy, log or anything else no longer secured.
