CARIBBEAN SEA. 1. CABLE OPERATIONS IN PROGRESS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE BY CABLESHIP LAYLA IN AREA BOUND BY 15-10.00N 068-19.00W, 15-14.00N 068-23.00W, 15-25.00N 068-06.00W, 15-21.00N 068-02.00W. ONE MILE BERTH REQUESTED. 2. CANCEL NAVAREA IV 93/24.
