1. CABLE OPERATIONS IN PROGRESS UNTIL FURTHER
   NOTICE BY M/V LAYLA IN AREAS WITHIN SIX MILES
   OF TRACKLINE JOINING 15-05N 057-29W, 14-08N 056-39W.
   ONE MILE BERTH REQUESTED.
2. CANCEL NAVAREA IV 58/22.
