EASTERN NORTH ATLANTIC. DNC 01. CABLE OPERATIONS IN PROGRESS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE BY CABLESHIP ILE DE SEIN ALONG TRACKLINE JOINING 25-27N 019-58W, 24-53N 020-08W, 23-32N 020-32W, 21-36N 021-28W, 20-12N 022-05W. WIDE BERTH REQUESTED.
