WESTERN NORTH PACIFIC. MAN OVERBOARD FROM M/V SHIRAYUKI ALONG TRACKLINE BETWEEN 31-13.7N 144-25.7E AT 031600Z NOV AND 31-05.8N 144-25.8E AT 031858Z NOV. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO JAPAN COAST GUARD.
