WESTERN NORTH PACIFIC. 1. MAN OVERBOARD FROM M/V SHIRAYUKI ALONG TRACKLINE BETWEEN 31-24.61N 144-26.03E AT 031500Z NOV AND 31-13.70N 144-25.70E AT 031600Z NOV. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO JAPAN COAST GUARD. 2. CANCEL HYDROPAC 2350/10.
