   27-35N 123-41E AT 262200Z MAR. VESSELS IN
   VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT,
   ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO JAPAN COAST GUARD.
2. CANCEL HYDROPAC 460/01(71), VESSEL ASSISTED.
